Do I need to install the myCashery app?
No. The Pass lives inside Google Wallet, which is already on your Android phone. You can install the myCashery app later if you want to, but it is never required to earn or cash out.
Which phones are supported right now?
Android phones with Google Wallet. iPhone and Apple Wallet support is not available yet and we will announce it on this page when it ships.
How fast does my balance update on the Pass?
Whenever an offer is approved or you start a payout, our server pushes a fresh balance to Google Wallet. Google then forwards the update to your phone, which usually shows the new amount within a few seconds.
How do I cash out, and what is the minimum?
Open the Pass and tap Withdraw. You can send your balance to PayPal or pick from a list of gift cards. The minimum payout is five dollars in your account currency, and most payouts arrive within 24 hours.
Is the Pass really free?
Yes. Adding the Pass, holding it, and cashing out are all free for you. We earn revenue from the partners whose offers and surveys you complete, never from your balance.
What information do you collect?
To install the Pass we only generate an internal account ID linked to your wallet. No email, name, or phone number is required upfront. When you choose to cash out, you share only the details your payout provider needs, for example a PayPal address or a bank account.
Which countries can use the Pass?
The Pass works in every country where myCashery is already live. Your country and payout currency are detected automatically from your location when you install the Pass, so the right offers and the right currency show up by default.
What happens if I delete the Pass from my wallet?
The Pass is the link that signs you in, so removing it ends your session on this device. Installing a fresh Pass from this page starts a brand new account. If you want to keep your balance, leave the Pass installed.
